Returns and Exchanges
What is the return and exchange policy?
All in stock items may be returned. Everything we stock has a 90 day-no risk- money back guarantee! If it is not the best thing since sliced bread, just ship it back, and Pool Cue Guru will refund your credit card the full amount minus any shipping charges. If you are returning an item that was shipped Free or came Free with purchase, like a cue case, we will deduct those charges from your refund. Of course, if you ship back the Free item, then we will only deduct the shipping charges.

Please return your items in the same packaging that they arrived in because they were designed to protect the items during shipping. Also, insure your package when shipping in case the carrier loses your return.
We will refund your credit card within 3 to 5 days of receiving the items.
If the items have been damaged due to abuse or neglect we will not be able to issue a refund. So don’t send us that pool stick that you smacked over your ex- lover’s head. Likewise, if your dog ate half of the cue case, we cannot issue a refund for that either. Basically, common sense, but we have seen returns like that before and our lawyer told us that we must tell you about these types of scenarios.
If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer’s defect, please email us your original receipt and we will replace or repair that item as soon as possible upon return of the item. We will call you with the return shipping address. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges to the manufacturer.

What happens if I have received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
Not to worry! We will make sure to exchange the damaged merchandise or you may also receive a refund. We will also reimburse you for the cost of shipping, as we truly believe in taking care of all our customers as best as we can. Please reference all return and exchange polices before sending items back.
Shipping Rules
Pool Cue Guru offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75. This offer is for ground service to the 48 contiguous United States using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Offer not valid for orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, GU or any domestic or international locations outside of the 48 contiguous states. Also, Free Shipping excludes Lighting, Furniture and Game Room items that are large, oversized, and overweight.
As long as your request is in stock we guarantee the very best turn-around time. If for some reason we don't get it out right away, we'll make sure to contact you in the event of a stock outage or other delay.
Regular ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States takes any where from 3 to 7 business days. Time in transit quotes and scheduled delivery dates can be located at the UPS or FedEx web site once you receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number has been issued. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days by FedEx, UPS or USPS.
